Bill Martin (Dr. Noise) has been a musician performing since 1999. Originally from La Crosse, Wisconsin, Bill moved to Las Vegas, NV to pursue music as a career.

After a meet up with The Vlogbrothers (John and Hank Green), Bill decided to bring Dr. Noise back to life as a solo project on YouTube. After a number of successful Youtube song videos, Bill has released his debut Dr. Noise EP, "Silent Echoes".
